RETURN POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Except for quality issues, clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order was paid using store credit or a coupon code, all products will be considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.

We do not provide a shipping label for returns.

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and specify the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be available for exchanges.)
Mail your return to the address provided via email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost, or we will issue your refund.

REFUNDS

A tracking number is required once you send the item back; otherwise, the order will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not qualify for returns.
Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. If your order was purchased using store credits from a previous return, it is not eligible for free return.
